Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our facility within 30 days of your original order delivery date.
Items Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA #) that has been issued by Carbon Fiber Gear
- Returns received in damaged or used condition
- Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging
- Items marked as final sale or not returnable on product page
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Customized and/or special order items
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
Additional Return Policies
- Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
- Items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Typically products returned in a new and sealed condition will have the re-stocking fee waived.
- Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Carbon Fiber Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If an item had free shipping, the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your return amount.
How To Return An Item
Make sure your return adheres to our return policy above.
You may request an RA # by filling out the form on this page. Please be sure to read the below steps and our return policy above prior to filling out the form.
Once you have an RA #, place all merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as shipping container or it's very likely that it will arrive damaged. Your RA # should be written on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Carbon Fiber Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the item(s) being returned back to us pre-paid.
Once the return arrives back to us, we'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 72 hours of arriving to us. Credit back to your card may take up to 2-10 days to post back on your statement.
