The AER Karbon is the next generation from the Evutec Karbon line, which is being introduced for the iPhone 7. This case blends an ultra-slim profile (0.75mm) with strength and durability. The case merges a specialized blend of shock resistant TPU to surpass military grade testing, along with Kevlar.
The exterior features Evutouch, the 7-layer, scratch-resistant coating that will keep your phone and case looking amazing over time.
A new feature this year is the included AFIX mounting system. This includes the magnetic dash mount which works with the metal plate built into the case. No need for additional magnets!

Why Kevlar Over Carbon Fiber?
Kevlar is in the same composite material family as carbon fiber, but the one problem that carbon fiber has when it comes to a phone case is its electrical conductivity feature. This can be a problem for a phone case because it can interfere with your signal reception...that's why carbon fiber phone cases generally have special cutouts or use other materials to help mitigate interference. Kevlar, on the other hand, is non-conductive and therefore cannot interfere with the signal, but since the Kevlar is dyed black, it looks identical to a carbon fiber case. Not to mention Kevlar in itself is a really cool material...bullet proof vests anyone? It's also 5x stronger than steel at the same weight.
