The Dobrev III lighter packs a big punch with an affordable price tag. It features a two-tone matte black body with real carbon fiber inlay on the front. Ignite the flame by simply flipping the top cover up and sliding down the button. It will light three flames, which are wind resistant and adjustable. You can refill the lighter using butane (not included), and the back features a built-in cigar punch.
