What forms of payment do you accept?All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, gift cards, and bank transfer on request.
How do I use a promotion code or gift card?Same box at checkout for both. One code per order, and none can be added afterwards.
Are there any promotion code exclusions?Special orders, custom products and shipping. One code per order, never combined.
Do you charge sales tax?Only on orders shipping to Maryland. Everywhere else, none.
How do you handle backorders?Sometimes, on stock we know is coming. The product page and the cart both say so.
Do you have a corporate gifting or bulk discount program?Volume pricing for corporate gifts, wedding parties and larger orders.
Do you offer a wholesale program?Not right now. We are collecting dealer interest for the future, so tell us about your shop.
