How do I track my order?Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints.
Will I need to sign for my package?Some higher-value orders need one. Nobody home means it comes back to us.
What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?Tell us straight away and keep the packaging. We take it from there.
Can I pick up my order?No. There is no public showroom, so everything ships.
