We may accept backorders on certain products that are out of stock but we know we will have more arriving to us within a reasonable timeframe. Because there is typically a longer processing time waiting for the product to arrive, you will be notified of the backorder on the product page and in your shopping cart. In some instances, you will also find an estimated ship date on the product page.

For partial backorders, when one of the items in your order is on backorder, we generally hold the entire order until it's ready to ship together. If you need to split the order, you can reach out to us before placing your order and we'd be happy to let you know your options.

Your payment will be charged when the order is placed, this will essentially put you in line once the item is back in stock. If you need to cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping, simply contact us. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to get an idea of when we're expecting the product back in stock, please drop us a line.

Promotion and gift card codes are added to the same spot. Please see below for more information.

Any active promotion code can be applied during checkout. Once a promotion is expired, its code can no longer be applied, and codes cannot retroactively be applied after an order has been placed. Only one code may be used per order.

Orders over $99 ship for free. Otherwise, we offer flat-rate shipping for just $5.

Important Disclaimer About Shipping Time
While most in-stock orders will ship within 1 business day, it's important to know that the shipping time is based on actual transit time once an order has shipped, but does not include order processing time. For example, if you choose a next-day method, it does not necessarily mean you will get your order the next day. It will arrive next business day once it has been shipped. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm when your order can actually ship.

Most in-stock orders ship from our facility located about 20 minutes outside of Baltimore, Maryland.

Some products are shipped from a distribution warehouse or even directly from the manufacturer, normally these ship within 1-3 business days, but may require additional processing time.

If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.

Certain orders may be shipped with a signature required (especially orders of a higher value). Somebody must be there to sign for your package when shipped this way. If nobody is available and the package ends up being sent back to us, you will be responsible for further shipping charges. If there are issues with signing your package, please let us know prior to ordering.

When packages do not require a signature, they will be left at your door or secure place at the discretion of your delivery person. A package is only insured during the shipping transit, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost while the tracking # shows it was delivered. If this occurs, we will work with you to open an investigation with the appropriate shipping provider, but please note that this is a time-consuming process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. Additionally, you may check your order status page in your account for tracking details.

No - At this time we do not have a public showroom and all products must be ordered online and shipped.

My Shipment Arrived Damaged

While we do everything we can to ensure orders are properly packaged, occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this happens to you, contact customer service immediately, and please retain all contents, boxes, original packaging material, etc.

My Shipment Is Lost

While outside of our own control, if your shipment seems like it's lost during transit, we will do everything in our power to try and locate the package. While most of the time shipments end up being found and delivered, it can be a time-consuming process while the carrier investigates (for example, USPS requires 21 days before a shipment is deemed lost).

We ask that you are understanding, and work with us to resolve any issues. If a carrier deems the shipment was lost while in their hands, we will offer you a replacement shipment or full refund. Please note that lost packages require 21 days after the shipment date (40 days for international shipments) before we are able to file a claim.

International (Outside USA)

Orders over $150 ship for free. Otherwise, shipping start at just $9 USD for many of our smaller and lightweight items.

Please keep in mind this does not include tax/duty/brokerage fees that may be charged by your country to import a shipment (see this page for more details). Special order items or items otherwise specified on its product page are not included in this.

Most countries will see both a standard and an express option for shipping.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes and we are not able to predict what your charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

If a shipment has these fees refused the item(s) will come back to us. Your original shipping fees will not be refunded, you may have to pay for return shipping costs and we charge a $20 USD return fee that will be deducted from the refund.

We are not able to change the customs value or classify the shipment as a gift.

We sell a variety of products from different brands and makers, including our own. Each maker may have a different warranty policy, so the answer is product-dependent. The warranty process is typically handled by the manufacturer directly, should you run into any issues. We're always here to help in any way we can, though!

Our wood rings are made using a durable process referred to as "Solid Wood" or "All Wood". This process uses solid blocks of wood that are oven-baked and vacuum infused with stabilizing resin. These blocks are then machined to spec and fitted into carbon fiber for exponentially greater strength and longevity. Finally, an application of linseed/orange or other natural oils is added.

Taking care of your wooden ring is pretty simple due to our processes during manufacturing. We suggest you limit water exposure. We also understand however that is wildly impossible to do this all the time and so we further recommend you oil your ring every so often based upon its appearance though technically this should not be necessary as the infusion process mentioned above all but seals off most of the wood grains pores.

In addition, you can grab our wood ring care kit to keep it conditioned. This helps to rejuvenate your ring and keep it protected.
