Forged carbon fiber (aka Forged Composites) products are made through a process where chopped carbon fibers are put into a compression mold and infused with resin. The process allows for more complex shapes using carbon fiber, but are typically not as strong as their woven continuous strand counterpart. The final product has a unique appearance that looks like marbled carbon fiber. You can learn more in ourย Ultimate Guide to Forged Carbon Fiber.
